CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

You can for our 2026 Conference in Incheon, Korea through our membership database. If you are a WHA member, please log-in to your membership profile before registering in order to get the discounted registration price. If you are registering as a non-member, click on "Continue as Guest" when prompted to log-in.

Registration to the conference includes:

• Entry to all Conference Panels
• Access to the conference App, online forums, and Hybrid sessions
• Entry to Exhibits
• Attendance at Keynote Addresses and Plenary Sessions
• Opening and Closing Receptions
• Conference Materials
• Morning and Afternoon Beverage Breaks

Early Registration runs December 15, 2025 through April 15, 2026
Late Registration begins on April 16, 2026

Member Registration
Early $250 | Late $300

Non-Member Registration
Early $400 | Late $450

Member Discounted Registration (Students and k-14 teachers, and online only participants)
If you plan to attend the conference in person, please either upload or email a current, valid I.D. that confirms your eligibility for the discounted rate. If you do not submit documentation ahead of the conference, be prepared to show your student or teaching ID at conference check-in.
Early $125 | Late $175

K-12 Teachers
Thanks to a generous grant from the OER Project, registration is free for the first 40 K-12 teachers (or international equivalent). Please be prepared to show your teaching ID at conference check-in.

Guest Pass:
Good for entry to beverage breaks and social events only if accompanied by registered conferee.

Refund Policy

The WHA is unable to issue refunds for conference registration. Please ensure that you will be able to attend before purchasing your registration.
